Data Security

TCPA Compliance

We help you maintain compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by enforcing call time restrictions (8am-9pm local time), honoring opt-out requests, and providing tools for Do Not Call (DNC) list management. However, you remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call transcripts and analytics data are retained for 12 months unless you request deletion. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.
